Foodland was originally known for its wide variety of poke, and Redfish has proudly inherited that characteristic.

  • Seafood Poke: Ahi (tuna), hamachi, salmon, shrimp, octopus, etc.
  • Non-Seafood Poke: Pipikaula (jerky), tofu, beets, etc.

The seasonings are also rich in variety, from classics like shoyu and spicy to more unique options like a secret sauce and yuzu miso.

First, you choose between two sizes, “Regular” and “Deluxe,” which determines whether you get one or two types of poke.

The portion size doesn’t change, but the price is slightly different, so order according to your preference!

Next, you choose your base from “White Rice,” “Brown Rice,” or “Salad.”

For an additional charge, you can also opt for “Yukari Rice” or “Hijiki Rice.”

After your base is added, you’ll choose one or two types of poke to add on top.

Besides poke, you can also select side dishes, with one standard side included for free.

There’s an extra charge if you want more sides or choose from the premium side menu.

  • Standard Sides: About 10 options, including bean sprouts, fukujinzuke (pickled relish), seaweed, gari (pickled ginger), and kimchi.
