To sustain this unique model, two elements are essential: highly adaptable staff who can thrive in any situation, and strong in-house marketing that eliminates external advertising costs. | Requirements | Business-level proficiency in Japanese or higher Valid Hawaii State driver’s license Good physical health to perform job duties without issues |

| Employment Type | Independent Contractor, Contract Employee (renewable annually) Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (e.g., work visa, green card, or citizenship). We do not provide visa sponsorship. |
| Compensation | $20~25 / hr + Tips + Rentals + Commissions Average monthly income for our current guides: $5,000 (based on approx. 20 working days/month) |
| Probationary Period | 3 months starting from your first tour duty ($20/hour during this period) |

| Working Hours | Morning Tour: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5 hours) Afternoon Tour: 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM (7 hours) Full-Day Tour: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (12 hours) Charter Tour: Based on guest requests (Average 8 hours) |
