To sustain this unique model, two elements are essential: highly adaptable staff who can thrive in any situation, and strong in-house marketing that eliminates external advertising costs. | Requirements | Business-level proficiency in Japanese or higher Valid Hawaii State driver’s license Good physical health to perform job duties without issues |

| Employment Type | Hourly wage (Calculated at the end of the month, paid on the 10th of the following month) Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (e.g., work visa, green card, or citizenship). We do not provide visa sponsorship. |
| Compensation | $20/hour + Tips + Rentals + Commissions Average monthly income for our current guides: $5,000 (based on approx. 20 working days/month) |

| Probationary Period | 3 months starting from your first tour duty ($18/hour during this period) |

| Working Hours | Morning Tour: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5 hours) Afternoon Tour: 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM (7 hours) Full-Day Tour: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (12 hours) Charter Tour: Based on guest requests (Average 8 hours) |
