This attraction allows you to walk around and view a massive tank, 5.3 meters deep and holding 1.06 million liters of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the tank, you’ll find four types of sharks native to the waters around Hawaii: requiem sharks, scalloped hammerhead sharks, and two types of Galapagos sharks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They only feature safe shark species, so there are opportunities for in-tank shows and feeding experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kolohe Kai Sea Lion Show<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When people think of animal shows, sea lion shows often come to mind, and the one at Sea Life Park is a huge crowd-pleaser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the show, you can also participate in feeding and interactive experiences, making the sea lion events a must-see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the way, this animal looks very similar to a sea lion, but it is a Hawaiian monk seal, a species of seal found only in the Hawaiian Islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, it is an endangered species with only about 1,600 individuals left in the world, making it an incredibly rare sight!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 400 of them live in the waters around Oahu, and wild ones are occasionally spotted on the beaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sea lion show is also very educational, as they teach you about the differences between sea lions and Hawaiian monk seals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A must-see highlight of the show is the “wholphin,” a hybrid of a dolphin and a whale, who is the only one of her kind in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name is a blend of “whale” and “dolphin,” and you can only see her here at Sea Life Park!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides the show, there are four different programs where you can interact with dolphins: “Dolphin Aloha,” “Dolphin Swim Adventure,” “Dolphin Encounter,” and “Dolphin Royal Swim.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
