class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signature oxtail soup from this charmingly nostalgic eatery is constantly hailed by many as the best in Hawaii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s also a great spot for those whose stomachs are feeling tired from too many sweets or heavy meals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asahi Grill&#8217;s Oxtail Soup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aloalotravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/asahi-grill-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5584\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s no exaggeration to say that Asahi Grill is synonymous with oxtail soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s their overwhelmingly number one popular item, with about half of the customers in the restaurant ordering it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This dish features oxtail slow-cooked for hours, resulting in a rich broth and meat so tender it falls right off the bone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tip for enjoying it even more is to put plenty of grated ginger and soy sauce in a small dish and dip the meat in it as you eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The soup comes with a side of rice, which you can upgrade to fried rice for an additional charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those who aren&#8217;t keen on the soup and rice combination, they also offer &#8220;Oxtail Ramen&#8221;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be sure to order recommendation that you should definitely try is the Chicken Katsu Curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While it&#8217;s a popular local food in Hawaii, to be honest, many places don&#8217;t make it very well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the curry at Asahi Grill has a Japanese-style flavor and is absolutely delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus, it comes with a salad and a massive double-layered portion of chicken katsu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The restaurant has an extensive menu, so
