Paradise Cove is a secret beach where you can encounter a variety of wildlife.
Located right next to Disney’s Aulani Resort in Ko Olina, it’s a beach where you can enjoy beautiful lagoons, a traditional luau show, and see wildlife like green sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals!
Paradise Cove is also known as “Paradise Turtle Bay” and has long been a popular spot for seeing sea turtles.
It’s a hidden gem located within the tourist area of Ko Olina.
In Hawaii, sea turtles, or “honu,” are revered as sacred guardians, so be sure to visit them during your trip.
The Luau Show at Paradise Cove

Many people may visit Paradise Cove specifically to see the luau show.
With its quintessential Hawaiian resort atmosphere, it’s the perfect setting to watch the sunset.
While it is a popular tourist spot, it has far fewer visitors compared to the beaches in the Waikiki area!
You can enjoy an atmosphere that feels almost like a private beach.
The biggest event at Paradise Cove is its traditional Hawaiian luau show.
It is said to be one of the most authentic luau shows in Hawaii, making it a must-see event.
The show, enjoyed over dinner, is highly satisfying and is sure to become a wonderful memory!
Recently, it has also become a popular spot for weddings and wedding photography.
The “Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel” is a very famous chapel, so if you are considering a wedding ceremony or photo shoot, be sure to check it out.
The Secret Beach at Paradise Cove

In fact, Paradise Cove has a secret beach that you can’t reach through normal access.
What’s more, it’s a beach where there is a very high probability of finding the endangered Hawaiian monk seal.
Paradise Cove is actually part of a relatively large bay called Kaula Bay, and while sea turtles are often seen here, Hawaiian monk seals are not spotted as frequently.
If you walk to the left along the sand (towards the Four Seasons and Aulani Disney hotels) for about one to two minutes, you will see the next beach.
This is the true secret beach!
If you don’t see any sea turtles or Hawaiian monk seals at Paradise Cove, be sure to check out this secret beach as well.
