When it comes to North Shore sightseeing in Hawaii, the highlight is undoubtedly Haleiwa Town!
With its nostalgic streetscape, the town has earned various nicknames such as "Artist Town," "Surfer Town," and "Shave Ice Town."
It is a rustic town where wild peacocks and chickens roam the streets, yet it is a highly recommended destination that blends style with cuteness.
In this article, tour guides from Aloalo Travel, who guide visitors through Haleiwa Town daily, have selected 10 distinct spots—ranging from fail-proof classics to hidden gems—to introduce to you.
We have carefully selected particularly popular places, so please use this as a reference for your Hawaii trip.
Kua’aina

Kua’aina is a shop known for its juicy, big-sized, delicious gourmet burgers.
While there are many international locations, including in Japan, the Haleiwa Town location on the North Shore is actually the very first original store!
The menu is full of impressive items, such as "The American" burger, which is about 20 centimeters thick, and French fries that are about half the thickness of those at McDonald’s.
The taste differs from overseas locations, offering plenty of authentic, local characteristics.
How to Order at Kua’aina

Kua’aina does not have set menus like other burger chains.
Therefore, you order your favorite items individually: hamburger, drink, and sides!
There are two burger sizes: 1/3LB (approx. 151g) and 1/2LB (approx. 227g). While the size difference is significant, the price difference is minimal, so the 1/2LB is recommended.
Side orders are basically French fries, but coleslaw is also available.
For drinks, the homemade lemonade is popular, but since they have a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) system, you are welcome to bring your own drinks into the store.
There is a supermarket right next door, so buying juice there and bringing it in might be cost-effective.
Recommended Menu Items at Kua’aina
Kua’aina operates on a system where you add toppings to a base hamburger.
You can add as many toppings as you like, so please try creating your own original burger!
Cheeseburger

While standard hamburgers are popular, the absolute classic menu item at Kua’aina is the Cheeseburger.
It is just a single slice of cheese added, but because it is packed with vegetables, it might be different from the cheeseburger you imagine!
It is a big size, standing over 20cm tall, and is very satisfying to eat.
Avocado Burger

The number one popular menu item at Kua’aina is the avocado topping, which many people order!
Well, this is essentially just avocado placed on a hamburger, but it adds about another 5cm to the height. Haha.
There are other options like the Hawaiian-style pineapple topping or grilled vegetable topping (Ortega Burger), but avocado definitely suits Kua’aina burgers the best.
French Fries

Kua’aina’s fries are thinner than anywhere else, and first-timers will likely feel a shock they’ve never experienced before!
Because of the commitment to this style, production costs are high, making it a product that rival companies struggle to replicate.
While many people think of garlic shrimp when they hear North Shore, Kua’aina’s French fries are also one of the popular local gourmet foods in Hawaii.
Coffee Gallery

Coffee Gallery is a cafe reputed for serving delicious Hawaiian-grown coffee.
It is a coffee shop with an excellent atmosphere located in Haleiwa Town on the North Shore.
While Kona coffee from the Kona district of the Big Island is famous in Hawaii as one of the "three major world brands," the North Shore of Oahu is actually a formidable coffee-producing region as well!
You can thoroughly enjoy fresh-picked and fresh-ground Oahu coffee.
The North Shore has various gourmet foods, and coffee is the recommended companion for them.
Recommended Menu Items at Coffee Gallery

When visiting Coffee Gallery, be sure to check the featured flavored coffee of the day!
At the ordering counter, under "Coffee of the Day," about two types of hot and cold daily coffees are listed.
These are made with freshly harvested coffee, so the freshness is outstanding and very delicious!
Also, don’t forget the Mocha Freeze, popular as Coffee Gallery’s signature menu item.
It is a blend of espresso, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate. While it is a classic coffee shop menu item, this one is truly exquisite!
You get a strong coffee taste combined with the sweetness of chocolate and vanilla, making it supreme.
By the way, you can add whipped cream to your liking.
There are also shakes, smoothies, and teas. Since it is a shop where you can’t go wrong with any order, please order whatever suits your taste.
Souvenirs from Coffee Gallery

Coffee Gallery also sells a variety of souvenir goods.
Although the store isn’t very large, coffee-related souvenirs are lined up in every available space.
Popular items include original mugs, T-shirts, and eco-bags!
Mini sizes for espresso and tumblers perfect for carrying around are also recommended.

However, among them, the most recommended item is, of course, Hawaii-grown coffee!
In particular, "Waialua Coffee," which is harvested on the North Shore, is the number one recommendation.
Coffee Gallery sells not only Hawaiian coffee but also coffee imported from around the world, so you will surely find something that interests you.
By the way, while Waialua Coffee isn’t as expensive as Kona Coffee, being a Hawaii product means it still comes at a decent price. Haha.
There are mini sizes (2oz, 5oz) perfect for small gifts, so please choose according to your budget.
Waialua Coffee at Coffee Gallery

At Coffee Gallery, you definitely want to get some Oahu-grown Waialua Coffee.
Whether for taste testing or as a souvenir, being a local product is a big plus!
As for the price, the hierarchy generally goes "Big Island > Maui & Kauai > Oahu > Foreign imports like Brazil/Colombia," so a characteristic is that it’s neither cheap nor overly expensive. Haha.
As a side note, many people mistakenly think Kona Coffee (famous as a top 3 global brand) refers to "powder coffee" (because "kona" means powder in Japanese), but it is called "Kona Coffee" because it is harvested in the Kona district of the Big Island.
If a product contains 10% or more, it can be labeled as a "Kona Blend," so please check the percentage when purchasing.
At Coffee Gallery, blend coffees kept to 10% Hawaiian beans are cheap, but 100% varieties will be more than three times the price.
Surf N Sea

Surf N Sea is a North Shore surf shop boasting immense popularity in Hawaii.
Known for its SURFER X-ING (Surfer Crossing) logo, it is a popular shop that can be called a symbol of Haleiwa Town!
Opened in 1965, it is the oldest surf shop in Hawaii and also one of the largest, naturally favored by professional surfers as well.
In addition to ocean gear like surfboards and swimwear, souvenirs like stickers and T-shirts are plentiful.
Since it is the most popular surf shop in the home of surfing, it is a must-see when sightseeing in Haleiwa!
Popular Souvenirs at Surf N Sea

There are many popular souvenirs at Surf N Sea.
Among the original goods featuring the logo of a girl crossing the street with a surfboard, mugs, keychains, and T-shirts are popular!
Among them, the number one popular item is the collaboration T-shirt with the surf brand "Hurley." It features the Hurley logo and the word "Haleiwa" on the chest, and a print of the Hawaiian Islands with the Surf N Sea logo on the back.
By the way, these T-shirts are located in the back right corner as you enter the store.
Also, since it is originally a surf shop, there are collaboration products with various surf brands, and since they all have great designs, you are sure to find something you like!
There are Japanese staff members as well, so if you have any trouble, please feel free to consult with them.
Photo Spots at Surf N Sea

In the surfer and artist town of Haleiwa, various paintings are drawn on the walls of buildings.
First, on the right wall of the building, there is an illustration of the face of the reggae legend "Bob Marley."
Since Surf N Sea is a building that acts as the entrance to the town, this impact also serves as a landmark. Haha.

On the left side is the logo mark of world champion surfer "John John Florence."
This side feels a bit hidden, so it might be hard to find.
The Surf N Sea building itself and the cute yellow sign are also photogenic, so there are many photo spots in just one building.
Be sure to check out the nearby angel wings, mermaid, and paintings of the Haleiwa bridge as well.
Activity Experiences at Surf N Sea

Surf N Sea also offers rentals for surfboards, SUP (Stand Up Paddle), and kayaks.
There is a large river called the Anahulu River right next to the shop, and activities exploring it are popular!
While surfing might be difficult for beginners, SUP and kayaking are fine even for first-timers!
SUP is recommended; the boards are larger and more buoyant than regular surfboards, offering stability so beginners can enjoy them with peace of mind.
Actually, it is not widely known that if you go up the Anahulu River, there are many sea turtles.
SUP and kayaks can be rented starting from one hour, so please give it a try during your free time in Haleiwa Town.
Giovanni’s

Giovanni’s is the most popular spot for garlic shrimp, a favorite local B-grade gourmet food in Hawaii.
There is no other plate lunch that surpasses this exquisitely seasoned garlic shrimp.
Among the many shops, Giovanni’s seasoning is exceptional, and once you eat it, you are sure to get addicted!
I am personally so hooked that I eat it about once a week. Haha.
Please stop by at least once during your stay in Hawaii.
The No. 1 Popular Menu: Scampi

It is quite possible that Giovanni’s Scampi is the most delicious food in Hawaii.
Please be careful not to order other flavors, as "Scampi" is the garlic flavor.
The original garlic sauce soaked into the plump shrimp is simply the best!
To be honest, the rice and garlic alone are satisfying enough. Haha.
As a piece of advice on how to eat it: many people peel the shell immediately, but since the sauce on the shell is exquisite, that method is a waste!
The trick to making it taste 10 times better is to first suck the shrimp shell-and-all, and then bite into the shrimp while the sauce is still in your mouth.
Note that many flies will gather due to the garlic scent, but if you squeeze the provided lemon over it, a good number of them will leave because they dislike the smell.
Hawaii’s Spiciest: Hot & Spicy

The Hot & Spicy menu says "No Refunds." Haha.
This is because it is so spicy that people constantly ask to return it.
It is truly spicy enough to be a penalty game, so unless you love extremely spicy food or want to test your limits, you should avoid it!
By the way, even the shop staff are puzzled as to why it gets so spicy.
The seasoning is very simple—shrimp stir-fried with the "hot sauce" you get when ordering Scampi—which itself has a standard level of heat.
Perhaps because it is cooked and piping hot, it feels even spicier.
We recommend ordering the Scampi and asking for some hot sauce on the side to dip.
Light and Healthy: Lemon & Butter

If you don’t like garlic, please try the Lemon & Butter.
The shrimp are boiled with a lemon flavor, resulting in a fairly light taste.
The slight saltiness and the sourness of the lemon feel like they bring out the natural taste of the shrimp.
The accompanying butter sauce pairs perfectly with the lemon!
For those who unfortunately have a shellfish allergy, there is a garlic hot dog on the menu, so please at least enjoy the delicious garlic.
You can also ask to change the hot dog bun to rice, and in that case, they will cover the rice with plenty of garlic sauce.
Giovanni’s Plate Sizes and Volume

There are two sizes for Giovanni’s plates.
The Regular Plate comes with 12 shrimp and 2 scoops of rice per plate.
In terms of volume, it is just enough to make one adult woman feel full.
The Half Plate comes with 6 shrimp and 1 scoop of rice per plate.
Both the price and size are exactly cut in half. Haha.
So, for those who want to try various flavors, ordering two half sizes is an option!
Giovanni’s Has 3 Locations

There are a total of 3 Giovanni’s locations in Hawaii.
The main location is in Kahuku on the North Shore, the second is in Haleiwa Town (also North Shore), and the third is inside H Mart (a Korean supermarket) in Kakaako.
The two North Shore locations are wagon-style shops, while Kakaako is a storefront.
It is famous for allowing customers to scribble on the truck, so if you go to a North Shore location, please try leaving your mark.
If you ask the shop staff, they will lend you a pen!
Since it is popular, wait times can reach about an hour even on weekdays, but Aloalo Travel tours offer a free purchasing service.
Enjoy exquisite garlic shrimp without standing in line.
Snoopy’s Surf Shop

Snoopy’s Surf Shop is the world’s first official Snoopy shop with a surfing theme.
A collaboration between Hawaii and Snoopy, it sells many goods featuring Snoopy surfing.
After opening its first store in 2018 in Haleiwa Town, the mecca of surfing on the North Shore, it quickly became a famous spot, rivaling the popularity of the "Moni Honolulu" sun-tanned Snoopy in Waikiki!
In 2020, the second store, the Diamond Head store, opened, making access from Waikiki more convenient.
Look for the sign featuring Snoopy holding a surfboard and wearing a "JOE SURFER" logo T-shirt. Since each store has exclusive products, please try to visit both locations.
Popular Items at Snoopy’s Surf Shop
Snoopy’s Surf Shop sells surf shop-specific goods such as surfboards, wetsuits, and waterproof bags.
However, the most popular items among them are Snoopy goods that are perfect for souvenirs.
#1 Most Popular: Hawaii Original T-Shirts

When it comes to Hawaii souvenirs, T-shirts are a classic and popular choice!
Since there are limited-edition shirts at each store, it is hard to decide what to buy. Haha.
There are very many T-shirt designs, but about half of them are exclusive to that specific store.
They are Hawaiian, cute, and perfect for souvenirs!
#2 Most Popular: Mini Tote Bags

Snoopy’s Surf Shop tote bags come in an abundant variety of types and colors.
Also, since many products have the same design but different sizes, you should be able to choose the product that suits you!
Tote bags are popular everywhere in Hawaii, but among them, these have a simple, cute, and easy-to-carry design.
They are convenient products useful for both yourself and as gifts.
#3 Most Popular: Small Items Perfect for Souvenirs

There are plenty of items suitable for small gifts, such as surfing-themed stickers, pin badges, and keychains!
Surprisingly, items that appeal to everyone and are exclusive to Hawaii are rare, so these are very useful.
Given the high prices in Hawaii, the low price point is also appreciated. Haha.
There are also Hawaii-unique products such as the surf shop’s original Kona coffee and chocolates.
Seven Brothers

Seven Brothers is a burger shop popular for its impactful appearance and carefully crafted taste.
The thick look, the rich seasoning, and the ingredients used—everything feels American. It is an exquisite B-grade gourmet food you can’t eat unless you come to the North Shore!
Since many people likely want to eat hamburgers in Hawaii, this is a recommended shop for those times.
High-end burgers at steakhouses and cost-effective burgers at chains are good, but you should definitely try an American burger that feels authentic!
Most people eat the famous garlic shrimp on the North Shore, but we hope you get to know that there is also a burger shop like this.
Recommended Burgers & Potatoes at Seven Brothers

If you come to Seven Brothers, hamburgers are definitely recommended!
First, the ultra-classic "Cowboy Burger" (Paniolo Burger) is a must-eat menu item.
It features two layers of onion rings, making for a burger with an impactful appearance.
Not only the meticulously made beef patty, but the bun, sauce, and rich bacon are also exquisite!
The pineapple included as an accent also adds great flavor.
Next, the "Shem Burger," which is packed with avocado sauce, is also highly recommended!
It is a well-balanced burger with plenty of vegetables like tomato and lettuce, and the seasoning is truly delicious.
It is a burger particularly popular with women, so if you are not fond of burgers that are too huge, please try this one.
And finally, the definitely high-calorie "Crazy Fries"!
These rare, circular potato fries are covered in cheese, onions, and special sauce, making them something you can eat forever. Haha.
There are other choices like "Home Fries" seasoned with original seasoning, and "Paniolo Fries" topped with pineapple, bacon, onion, cheese, BBQ sauce, and two onion rings.
Seven Brothers Shrimp Menu

Actually, Seven Brothers was originally a garlic shrimp shop called Kahuku Grill.
Because of this, they still put effort into their shrimp menu!
The number one popular item from the Kahuku Grill era is the big-sized Coconut Shrimp.
In fact, it is such a popular menu item that more people order it than the hamburgers.
It pairs perfectly with sweet chili sauce, is very satisfying to eat, and has a rare feel since you can only eat it here.
Of course, there is regular garlic shrimp as well, which is quite delicious, so it is recommended!
The Seven Brothers Flagship Store is at Kahuku Sugar Mill

The Seven Brothers main store is located at a place called Kahuku Sugar Mill.
It was originally a sugarcane factory area, but now it has become a place where various food trucks, centered on garlic shrimp shops, gather.
There are also beer gardens and stylish cafes, making it popular as a good resting spot when driving around Oahu!
New shops keep opening, so it has completely become a tourist destination now.
Finding a shop that suits your taste, which might not be listed in guidebooks, in a place like this might be one of the joys of traveling.
Seven Brothers has a stylish interior and is comfortable, so many people will likely enjoy it.
It is a very Hawaiian place often visited by local surfers!
Angel’s Wing

The Angel’s Wing is one of the most famous wall murals (wall art) in Hawaii.
It is the art that sparked the "Insta-bae" (Instagrammable) spot trend, painted at the entrance of an ice cream shop near the bridge in Haleiwa Town!
It is the most popular mural in Haleiwa Town, the artist town where every angle is picturesque.
It is an easy tourist spot where anyone, regardless of age or gender, can just take a quick photo. Haha.
Please stop by when visiting Haleiwa!
Recommended Ways to Take Photos at Angel’s Wing

Regarding these angel wings, we sometimes see cases where photos aren’t taken very skillfully.
So, we will teach you how to take cool photos, so please copy these methods if you like!
Shooting Cool Like an Instagrammer
- Don’t put your back against the wall; lean just your bottom against it.
- Clasp your hands behind your back.
- Cross your legs in front.
- Look diagonally downward.
- Wear sunglasses slightly lower on your nose.
Taking Cute Photos of Children
- If their height doesn’t match, stand 2-3 steps forward from the wall.
- Raise both hands up at about 45 degrees like saying "Banzai."
- Keep feet as they are.
- Look straight up.
Taking a Nice, Unpretentious Photo
- Stand straight along the wall.
- Make the Shaka (Aloha pose) with both hands.
- Rest one foot against the wall.
- Look at the camera and smile.
Taking Photos of Pets
- There is a stone shaped like a chair in front of the wall, so have them sit on it.
- Step back and use zoom to match the height of the angel wings.
Patagonia

Patagonia is an outdoor brand familiar for its fleeces and jackets.
While they sell the same products internationally, the list price differs significantly!
Even at regular prices, items are roughly 30-50% cheaper compared to prices in Japan, and during sales, they become another 30-60% cheaper, so really cheap items can be about one-quarter of the Japanese price.
Also, since there are products exclusive to Hawaii that are not released elsewhere, it is popular enough to be considered a tourist spot for visitors.
Since tourists are the main target, they sell not only Hawaiian summer products but also winter items all year round!
Patagonia’s #1 Popular Item: Hawaii Exclusive Pataloha T-Shirts

At Patagonia in Hawaii, they sell "Pataloha" (a mix of Patagonia and Aloha) T-shirts, which are exclusive to Hawaii.
These are popular not just because they are Hawaii-exclusive, but because the designs are simple and stylish, appealing to all ages and genders.
By the way, while the Pataloha logo appears on various products like eco-bags and pants, the T-shirts are the only items exclusive to Hawaii!
Also, there are two stores in Hawaii: the Haleiwa store and the Honolulu store. Different text—"Haleiwa" or "Honolulu"—appears below the T-shirt logo, so the exclusive variety changes depending on which store you buy from.
Pataloha T-shirts sell out quickly upon arrival, so there is a chronic shortage of stock.
There might be stock in the back of the store, so if you don’t see any on the floor, ask the staff to check for sizes!
Bilingual staff are often available at Patagonia in Hawaii, so Japanese speakers can communicate easily.
Features of Patagonia Stores

The Honolulu and Haleiwa Patagonia stores each have their own characteristics.
First, the Honolulu store’s greatest feature is the "large selection."
Since relocating in 2021, the scale of the store has become about three times larger than before.
Inventory is plentiful, so there is a high probability of getting the item you want!
On the other hand, the Haleiwa store’s greatest feature is the "exclusive feel of the products."
Since Haleiwa is a world-famous surfing spot, the sound of the word is cool. Haha.
Comparing it to Japan, "Honolulu" might evoke a city feel like Yokohama, while "Haleiwa" evokes an artist or surfer feel like Shonan.
It is entirely a matter of preference, so please visit the store that fits your purpose!
Patagonia Sales are Twice a Year

Patagonia’s sale seasons are generally twice a year, in February and August.
However, this is not fixed; there is usually a variance of about a week each year, and some years the sale starts in late January.
If you register for the Patagonia newsletter, you will receive information shortly before the sale, which is recommended!
Unfortunately, there are basically no sales for Black Friday or the holiday season (early December to Christmas).
However, since it is quite a bargain compared to Japan even at regular times, you should consider yourself lucky if a sale happens to be on during your Hawaii trip.
Also, the Hawaii-exclusive Pataloha rarely goes on sale, so it is okay to buy it anytime!
Ray’s Kiawe Broiled Chicken (Huli Huli Chicken)

Ray’s Huli Huli Chicken is a wildly popular B-grade gourmet food in Haleiwa.
"Huli" means "turn" in Hawaiian, and literally, chicken that is grilled while rotating round and round is called "Huli Huli Chicken."
Among the shops that handle Huli Huli Chicken, the most popular one is Ray’s (Official name: Ray’s Kiawe Broiled Chicken).
They are open only on weekends and only in Haleiwa Town on the North Shore, giving it a rare feel typical of B-grade gourmet spots!
It is such a popular shop that some people visit the North Shore just to eat Ray’s Huli Huli Chicken, so if you visit Haleiwa Town on a weekend, please be sure to try it.
The Secret to Ray’s Popularity

In Hawaii, "roasted chicken" is a rather popular dish.
Therefore, regarding Huli Huli Chicken, you can see it in various places around Oahu.
The reasons why Ray’s is the number one favorite among them include:
- The exclusive feeling of being available only on weekends & on the North Shore
- Commitment to cooking, such as using Kiawe wood which gives a smoky aroma
- A carefully crafted secret sauce that takes all weekdays to prepare
These factors, mainly that you can’t eat it just anytime and that it tastes better than other shops, seem to be the two big reasons.
Previously, it felt like a hidden spot, but after earning high ratings on famous TV shows and rumors spreading on social media, the impression is that it has become increasingly popular.
The skin is crispy, the meat is juicy, and the seasoning is supreme—it is a menu item you simply must eat, so if possible, please try to visit the North Shore on a weekend.
Sales end when they sell out, so we recommend going earlier than 4:00 PM!
Ray’s Huli Huli Chicken Menu

There are two sizes for Huli Huli Chicken: Whole Chicken (one entire bird) or Half Chicken (half a bird).
There is also a Plate Lunch (Half Chicken + Rice + Coleslaw + Pineapple), so there are essentially three types of menu items!
As for volume, if you are eating alone, the half size should be quite satisfying.
The whole chicken is enough to make an adult male full.
Since there are many other exquisite gourmet foods on the North Shore, keeping it a bit light might be a good idea.
By the way, the chicken alone is recommended over the plate lunch!
Other items include drinks and special sauce (soy sauce-based).
Matsumoto Shave Ice

Matsumoto Shave Ice is a long-established shave ice shop that has been operating in Hawaii for over 70 years.
It is a symbol of Haleiwa Town on the North Shore and a popular shop frequently featured on TV and in magazines.
It is known as the original shave ice shop, started in 1952 by Japanese-American Mr. Matsumoto, who brought a shave ice machine from Japan to begin operations!
While Hawaii has a climate that makes you crave shave ice, many tourists visit Matsumoto Shave Ice year-round, forming lines even on rainy days.
Eating shave ice after sweating from playing on a sunny, hot day is especially supreme.
Recommended Flavors at Matsumoto Shave Ice

At Matsumoto Shave Ice, everyone eats shave ice in various colors!
Actually, Matsumoto Shave Ice has over 30 types of syrups, so countless combinations are possible.
In addition to that, there are plenty of toppings favored by visitors, such as ice cream, azuki beans, and mochi balls!
It might be hard to choose, so here are three recommended flavor combinations.
Locally Popular "Tropical"
A flavor mix of typically Hawaiian fruits: Lilikoi, Guava, and Papaya.
The color combination is red x yellow x yellow, so it isn’t very photogenic, but the taste is exquisite.
It is a classic natural shave ice menu item that gathers plenty of fruit!
Matsumoto Shave Ice’s Recommendation: "Matsumoto"
The flavor combination most recommended by Matsumoto Shave Ice is Coconut, Lemon, and Pineapple!
The colors are Red x Yellow x Blue, making a rainbow, and the taste is unique and mysterious.
By the way, red is coconut, yellow is lemon, and blue is pineapple flavor.
Overwhelming Presence: "Rainbow"
At any shave ice shop, the classic choice is Strawberry, Lemon, and Pineapple!
This is popular internationally, but it feels like the definitive and strongest classic of shave ice.
Though in Japan, blue is usually Blue Hawaii. Haha.
If you are undecided, ordering the Rainbow is a mistake-free choice.
Matsumoto Shave Ice’s Best Shave Ice

Among those three recommended flavors, the most popular is undoubtedly "Rainbow."
Topping that Rainbow with condensed milk is popular as Hawaii’s best shave ice!
If you are unsure about flavor selection, please try this one.
By the way, not only the shave ice but also the merchandise is popular, and T-shirts are especially perfect as souvenirs.
Like the syrups, there is a rich variety, so you will get lost choosing. Haha.
There are not only cute designs but also ones written in Kanji and ones with the owner’s (Stanley’s) face printed on them.
Wall Art at Matsumoto Shave Ice

There is also a photo spot near the register inside the Matsumoto Shave Ice store!
Please take a commemorative photo holding your beautifully mounded shave ice.
Matsumoto Shave Ice is often crowded, especially around 1 PM to 3 PM, so usually, there is a line and it is hard to take photos.
We recommend going in the morning or during cooler seasons as it is relatively empty.
That said, it is shave ice, so you really want to eat it on a hot afternoon. Haha.
