The most standard item on Buzz’s lunch menu is this Buzz Burger.
The patty is made from Hawaii-grown beef grilled over Kiawe charcoal, and the patty alone weighs 200g, offering plenty of volume!
It tastes exactly like a hamburger from a steakhouse should, and the flavor is simply exceptional.
You can choose either french fries or soup as a side dish.
The appearance is simple, but it is rare to find a hamburger this well-balanced and complete.
Scampi Salad
This is a salad topped with plenty of fragrant shrimp grilled over Kiawe charcoal.
The plump texture of the shrimp and the fresh salad go perfectly with the homemade sour cream dressing!
By the way, while many people might imagine langoustines when they hear scampi, in the US, shrimp dishes prepared in this style are generally called scampi.
So, even if the menu says scampi, it might be langoustines, or it might not. Lol
As a side note, the salad is big enough to be considered a full meal!

Dinner (4:30 PM to 9:00 PM) centers on main dishes like prime rib, steak, and seafood, served with sides.

BBQ Beef Ribs
While steak is a standard choice, I highly recommend these BBQ Beef Ribs.
The sweet and spicy smoky BBQ sauce generously coating the fragrant grilled bone-in beef ribs is mind-blowingly delicious!
The price is reasonable, making it a highly recommended menu item with excellent cost performance and satisfaction.
Calamari Steak
In Hawaii, fried squid is called calamari, and it is a super standard menu item that everyone eats.
It is coated with fine breadcrumbs like fried squid, but the thick squid is surprisingly soft!
The capers and original sauce on top go well with the squid, and you can finish it in no time.
Since this is a menu item unique to Buzz’s that you cannot eat elsewhere, it is a dish you should definitely try.
